NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Westbury Homes (Holdings) Limited for New Consent No BP0354701, to discharge Sewage Effluent of Emergency Crude Discharge, to Nant Bryn, at National Grid Ref SS 685 981, from Pumping Station. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Michelle Price, Environment Agency Wales, Llys Afon, Hawthorn Rise, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire SA61 2BQ, not later than Friday 21 April 2006, quoting Ref BP0354701. Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the Environment Agency address above, between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
