(Company Number 3121822) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual and Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly, 1st Floor, 46 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD17 1JJ, on 13 April 2006, at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving the final account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators and requesting the Liquidator’s release from office. A Member entitled to vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
