Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Simmonds and Company, Crown House, 217 Higher Hillgate, Stockport, Cheshire SK1 3RB, on Thursday 20 April 2006, at 10.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not also be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at the above address not later than 1600 hours in the afternoon of the business day before the Meeting.
