This is a length of approximately 10 metres outside Nos 424-428 Richmond Road. 4. The general effect of the Parking Places Order will be to shorten by a length of 6 metres a parking place in The Slipway, being a shared-use parking voucher, residents’ permit or business permit parking place. Its hours of operation are between 10.00 am and 4.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, and the maximum stay, if using a parking voucher, is 2 hours. 5. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 6 March 2006, a plan showing the location and effect of the Orders and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order can be inspected for a period of 6 weeks from the date of this notice, quoting Ref 18/06, at: (a) Twickenham Library, Garfield Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW1 3JT; and (b) Richmond Reference Library, Old Town Hall, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond TW9 1TP during opening hours, and (c) the Civic Centre (Second Floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham, between 9.15 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays. 6. Copies of the Orders may be purchased from the Environment Directorate, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ. 7. Persons wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the 1984 Act, or that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
