ST JOHN’S TERRACE

1. Notice is hereby given that Westminster City Council propose to make the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Orders would be, in connection with the redevelopment of No 591 Harrow Road and associated highway improvement work, to: (a) introduce “at any time”double yellow line waiting restrictions on the west side of St. John’s Terrace (southward from Harrow Road for 26 metres); (b) introduce “at any time” loading restrictions on the west side of St. John’s Terrace (from a point 16 metres south of Harrow Road southward for 10 metres); (c) to relocate a resident’s parking space on the west side of St. John’s Terrace to a position approximately 5 metres south of its current position. 3. The proposed Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans showing the location and effect, are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Council’s agents, West One, telephone number (020) 7798 1975. 5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, quoting reference 5101/GM, by 24 March 2006.
