Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the Members and a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 62 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BU, on 31 March 2006, at 2.00 pm and 2.30 pm respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanaton that may be given by the Liquidator, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 173 of the said Act. A Member of Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
