At a Meeting of Members of the Limited Liability Partnerships, duly convened, and held at Ground Floor, Lancaster Court, Forest Lane, St Peter Port, Guernsey, on 17 February 2006, at 7.00 am, 7.05 am, 7.10 am and 7.15 am respectively, the following Determinations were duly passed:
“That the Limited Liability Partnerships be wound up voluntarily, and that Nicholas James Dargan and Nicholas Guy Edwards, of Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Limited Liability Partnerships.”
