NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that Capernwray Missionary Fellowship of Torchbearers (Charity No 1073139) of Capernwray Hall, Carnforth, Lancashire LA6 1AG, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from an existing borehole at National Grid Ref SD 545 720 at Capernwray Hall, Carnforth LA6 1AG. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 4 cubic metres per hour, 45 cubic metres per day, and 14,000 cubic metres per year, between 1 January and 31 December each year. The water will be used for general household use. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Capernwray Hall Main Office between 9 March 2006 and 8 April 2006. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Authorisations Officer, Environment Agency, PO Box 519, South Preston PR5 8GD, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
