THE A449 AND A456 TRUNK ROADS (KIDDERMINSTER, BLAKEDOWN AND HAGLEY BYPASS AND SLIP ROADS) ORDER 1996 (REVOCATION) ORDER 20
The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he proposes to make an Order under sections 10 and 41 of the Highways Act 1980, providing that the A449 and A456 Trunk Roads (Kidderminster, Blakedown and Hagley Bypass and Slip Roads) Order 1996 be revoked. The Order to be revoked authorises the Secretary of State to construct the A449/A456 Kidderminster, Blakedown and Hagley Bypass and slip roads along the route shown in the plan folio HA 10/2 WM 158. Copies of the draft Revocation Order, the Order to be revoked and the plans referred to in it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours from 28 February 2006 until 3 May 2006, or within 9 weeks from the date of first publication of this notice if that period expires later. Any person may object to the making of the Revocation Order not later than 3 May 2006, or within 9 weeks from the date of first publication of this notice if that period expires later, by notice to the Secretary of State for Transport at the offices of the Highways Agency, c/o Liz Talbot, Special Projects Manager, Room C4, 5 Broadway, Broad Street, Birmingham B15 1BL, quoting Ref HA 065/032/000053, and stating the grounds of objection. In the preparation of an objection and the statement of grounds of objection, it should be borne in mind that the substance of any objection or representation may be communicated to other people who may be affected by it.
