THE EALING (ALLOTMENT PLOT HOLDERS PERMITS) (RESIDENTS, RESIDENTS VISITORS AND BUSINESS PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 1) ORDER 200
1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Ealing Council propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order would be to allow allotment plot holders at sites within the Thames Valley University (C/D) and East Acton (E) Controlled Parking Zones (and who are not residents of the respective zones), to apply for an allotment parking permit at a cost of £5 per annum. The permits would allow allotment plot holders, to park within designated resident parking places: (a) between 10.00 am and 7.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays (between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on Saturdays in C zone), in the streets or lengths of streets in the C/D zone specified in the Schedule to this notice; and (b) between 9.00 am and 10.00 am, and 2.00 pm and 3.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays in St Andrew’s Road, London W3, in the E zone. 3. The Order would also amend all other existing residents, business and visitors parking place Orders to allow for issue of allotment parking permits for vehicles to park within designated resident parking places in roads adjacent to allotments in those controlled zones. 4. The Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at Mouchel Parkman, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order. 5. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Mouchel Parkman, on 020 8326 3012. 6. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Mouchel Parkman, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, quoting Ref 775152/ORD3261/dc, until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
