Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at The MacDonald Partnership Plc, Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1HQ, on 23 March 2006, at 11.00 am. The Meeting is summoned for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account of the winding-up, showing the manner in which it has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. To approve the receipts and payments account, and that the actions and remuneration of the Liquidator be agreed, and to approve the Liquidator’s release.
