SETTY (TEXTILES) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Members of Setty (Textiles) Limited will be held on 30 March 2006, at 10.30 am, to be followed at 11.00 am on the same day by a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings will be held at the offices of Carter Backer Winter, Enterprise House, 21 Buckle Street, London E1 8NN. The Meeting is called pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Joint Liquidators to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, to give any explanation that they may consider necessary and to determine the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and Joint Liquidators shall be disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at Enterprise House, 21 Buckle Street, London E1 8NN, no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the Meeting.
