This notice is addressed to former and current employees of the Companies listed above. The Tufnol Industries Pension and Life Assurance Scheme (the “Scheme”) is being wound up with effect from 12 August 2004. If you were or are an employee of one of the above Companies, and a member of the Scheme, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme but not have been notified of your benefits, or you are a widow, widower, child or dependant of such an employee, please contact the Trustee of the Tufnol Industries Pension and Life Assurance Scheme, c/o Nigel Wollacott, at Mercer Human Resource Consulting Ltd, 5 Bedford Park, Croydon CR0 2AQ. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to and write no later than 10 May 2006. It is the Trustee’s intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to provide benefits for its members, beneficiaries and pensioners as soon as possible. If the Trustee is not aware of your entitlement under the Scheme before 10 May 2006, they will not be liable to pay benefits to you. If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, or you have received announcements regarding the wind-up of the Scheme, you do not need to write to the Trustee as it already has full details about your entitlements.
