At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Bentley Jennison, 21-27 St Pauls Street, Leeds LS1 2ER, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Gary Edgar Blackburn, of BWC Business Solutions, 8 Park Place, Leeds LS1 2RU, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” P J Patrick, Chairman 3 February 2006.
