A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 128 Evington Road, Leicester LE2 1HL, presented on 28 November 2005 by Crestwise Limited, in liquidation, care of Neil Money of CBA Insolvency Practitioners, 39 Castle Street, Leicester LE1 5WN, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leicester County Court, 90 Wellington Street, Leicester, on 21 February 2006, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
