TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 1995
RAMMEY MARSH PLANNING APPLICATION
Notice under Article 6 of Application for Planning Permission to be published in a newspaper. Proposed Development at land known as Rammey Marsh West, bounded to the north by the M25 Motorway; to the south by Mollison Avenue (A1055); to the east by the Small River Lea; and to the west by the Lea Valley Railway Line. All of which is showed edged red on the site planning boundary drawing (LDA/LBE/APP/P/001) accompanying the application. We give notice that the London Development Agency is applying to the London Borough of Enfield for planning permission for: The construction and use of an outdoor road cycle circuit with related cycling facilities, with single storey club house, judge’s box and associated car park, means of access, earthworks and associated hard and soft landscaping. Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at: London Borough of Enfield, Development and Building Control Section, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN1 3XY, by 10 March 2006. *“Owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver). **“Tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land. Statement of owners’ rights The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.
