HEAD HASSANI LIMITED
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Standard Signs, Herbert Road, Newport on 30 January 2006, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and John Wynn Davies of Begbies Traynor, 5th Floor, Riverside House, 31 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF11 9HB, shall and be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” A Hassani, Chairman
