Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Armstrong Watson, 47 Duke Street, Darlington, County Durham DL3 7SD, on Wednesday 8 March 2006, at 11.45 am and 12.00 noon respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. Such proxy need not also be a Member or Creditor but proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at 47 Duke Street, Darlington, County Durham DL3 7SD, not later than 4.00 pm on the business day before the Meeting.
