In accordance with Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 Part II, we hereby give notice that I intend to pay a Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company. All Creditors who have not proved their debt should do so before 27 February 2006. It is my intention to declare a Dividend within the period of 4 months from the last date of proving.
