NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Sunlight Service Group Ltd, whose registered office is at 4 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7DL, is applying to the Environment Agency to renew the right to abstract at 129 St Leonards Road, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 3JT, at National Grid Ref SU 9637 7570 from the Upper Chalk aquifer. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 40 cubic metres per hour 640 cubic metres per day, 233,000 cubic metres (per year) between January and December each year. The water will be used within an Industrial Laundry. The application is based on the abstraction rates currently authorised. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected free of charge at all reasonable hours at 129 St Leonards Road, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 3JT, between February 17 2006 and March 17 2006. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Water Resources Team Leader, Environment Agency, Frimley Office, Swift House, Frimley Business Park, Camberley, Surrey GU16 7SQ, before the end of the said period quoting the name of the applicant.
