HERITAGE FINE FOODS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of the Member and Creditors of Heritage Fine Foods Limited will be held at The Village Hall, Church Road, Ideford, Devon, on 10 March 2006, at 11.15 am and 11.30 am respectively. The Meetings are called, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of showing how the liquidation has been conducted and the property of Heritage Fine Foods Limited disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and also approving the release of the Liquidator. A Creditor is entitled to attend and vote and is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at Boracic, PO Box 25, Newton Abbot TQ13 0WY, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day immediately preceding the Meetings.
