Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Rule 4.182(A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), the Creditors of the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the undersigned, Richard Paul Rendle, of Baker Tilly, City Plaza, Temple Row, Birmingham B2 5AF, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, by 15 February 2006. The Joint Liquidator also gives notice under the provision of Rule 4.182(A)(6) that he intends to make a final distribution to Creditors who have submitted claims by 15 February 2006, otherwise a distribution will be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not already proven. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given. It should be noted that the Directors of the Company have made a statutory declaration that they have made a full enquiry into the affairs of the Company and that they are of the opinion that the Company will be able to pay its debts in full within a period of twelve months from the commencement of the winding-up. The Joint Liquidators intend that, after paying or providing for final distributions in respect of the claims of all Creditors who have proved their debts, the funds remaining in the hands of the Joint Liquidators shall be distributed to Shareholders absolutely.
