THE STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAYS (COUNTY OF NORFOLK) (NO 4) ORDER 2005
The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that, on the application of Robert Oberhoffer, he has made an order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping-Up of Highways (County of Norfolk) (No 4) Order 2005” authorising the stopping-up of an area of all-purpose highway land at the Dove Restaurant, Wortwell, Alburgh, Harleston, Norfolk, to enable development consisting of the formation of additional parking area on land fronting the existing restaurant to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted Part III of the Act to Robert Oberhoffer by South Norfolk District Council on 13 May 2005 under Ref 2005/0988/CU. Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Government Office for the East of England (Planning Casework Team), Eastbrook, Shaftesbury Road, Cambridge CB2 2DF, (quoting Ref GT/L2630/35/01/104) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of South Norfolk District Council, South Norfolk House, Swan Lane, Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk NR15 2XE, and Harleston Library, Swan Lane, Harleston, Norfolk. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 13 January 2006, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
