RECONSTRUCTION OF EXISTING POLICE OBSERVATION PLATFORM: ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT
DETERMINATION BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT UNDER SECTION 105A(3) OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has determined that his proposal to reconstruct the existing police observation platforms between M26 junctions 2a and M25, and on the M25 A carriageway between junctions 3 and 4, is a relevant project within the meaning of Section 105A(1) of the Highways Act 1980, and is not subject to environmental impact assessment in accordance with Part VA of the Highways Act 1980 implementing Directive 85/337/EEC as amended by Directive 97/11/EC.
