At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 7 Albermarle Street, London W1S 4HQ, on 22 December 2005, at 11.00 am, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Dominic Lee Zoong Wong and Andrew Philip Peters, of Deloitte & Touche, Four Brindleyplace, Birmingham B1 2HZ, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.” J R Bullen, Chairman
