Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Members of Eye Magnet Limited will be held at St Andrew’s House, 18-20 St Andrew Street, London EC4A 3AJ, on 26 January 2006, at 11.30 am, to be followed at 11.45 am on the same day by a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and how the property of the Company was disposed of, and to obtain my release as Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
