At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Baines Jewitt, Barrington House, 2 Bowesfield Lane, Stockton on Tees TS18 3EA, on 13 December 2005, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Harvey Madden, of Taylor Rowlands, 8 High Street, Yarm, Stockton on Tees TS15 9AE, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” R D Appleton, Chairman
