ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE A13 GLA ROAD (LONDON BOROUGHS OF NEWHAM AND TOWER HAMLETS) (BUS PRIORITY) TRAFFIC ORDER 2006

1. Transport for London, hereby gives notice that it intends to make the above-named Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to: (a) Make permanent the bus lanes introduced on various slip roads as part of the highway improvement schemes at Canning Town, Prince Regent Lane and Woolwich Manor Way intersections along the A13. 3. The road which would be affected by the Order is the A23 GLA Road (London Boroughs of Newham and Tower Hamlets). 4. A copy of the Order, a statement of Transport for London’s reasons for the prosposals, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of: Transport for London, Traffic Orders Team, Road Network Development, Faith Lawson House, 15-17 Dacre Street, London SW1H 0NR; London Borough of Newham, 25 Nelson Street, East Ham, London E6 4EH; and London Borough of Tower Hamlets, The Town Hall, Mulberry Place, 6 Clove Crescent, London E14 2BG. 5. All objections and other representations to the proposed Order must be made in writing and must specify the grounds on which they are made. Objections and representations must be sent to Transport for London, Street Management, Windsor House, 42-50 Victoria Street, London SW1H 0TL, quoting Ref TASS/AD/SF/TO,GLA/2006/002 to arrive before 29 December 2005. Objections and other representations may be communicated to other persons who may be affected.
