TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27
THE SEDDONS GROUP RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee is winding-up the above Scheme. Any former employee of Seddons H D (Twyford) Limited who believes he or she was a Member of the above-named Scheme but who has not already received or transferred his or her benefits out of the Scheme, or who has not been contacted by Independent Trustee Services Limited, is requested to write to Emma Green, Independent Trustee Services Limited, 1st Floor, Lloyds Chambers, No. 1 Portsoken Street, London E1 8LN, to make a claim for benefits. Before 24 January 2006, claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth and details of when they worked for the Company referred to above. If any person believes they have a claim against or an interest in the Scheme, they are requested to write to the same address setting out particulars of their claim before 24 January 2006. After 24 January 2006, the Trustee will secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries having regard only for the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not be liable to any person for a claim of which they do not then have notice.
