STOPPING-UP OF A LENGTH OF HIGHWAY AT A FORMER TURNING HEAD OFF HOPTON ROAD, HOPTON INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, DEVIZES, WILTSHIRE
The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that because of a technical defect in an earlier publication, he is republishing his making of The Stopping-up of Highways (County of Wiltshire) (NO SW5) Order 2005, as originally published on 27 October 2005, and which is an Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping-up of a length of highway at a former turning head off Hopton Road, Hopton Industrial Estate, Devizes, Wiltshire, to enable development consisting of Warehouse buildings at Hopton Industrial Estate, London Road, Devizes in accordance with planning permission granted to Cinwood Ltd by Kennet District Council on 12 April 2005, under Ref K/51752/F. Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Government Office for the South West, The Planning Team, 1st Floor, 2 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6EH (Tel 0117 900 1896), quoting Ref SW/THM/8247/251, and/or may be inspected at all reasonable hours at Devizes Library, Sheep Street, Devizes. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of 25 November 2005, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
