Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Martin Sklan & Co. 133 Golders Green Road, London NW11 8HJ, on Monday 19 December 2005, at 10.30 am, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report on the administration of the case and determining that the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company, and proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at 133 Golders Green Road, London NW11 8HJ, not later than 4.00 pm on the business day before the Meeting.
