At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company convened and held at DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury BL9 8AT, on 4 November 2005, at 10.15 am, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Andrew Poxon, of DTE Leonard Curtis, DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8AT, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” A Quine, Chairman
