Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company have been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The Meetings will be held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, on 6 December 2005, at 10.00 am (Members) and 10.15 am (Creditors). A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 5 December 2005 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meetings, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
