NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
THE DUDLEY BOROUGH UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN

On 17 October 2005, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council adopted this plan. The adopted plan will form the development plan for the area of Dudley Borough. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the adopted plan are available for inspection during normal opening hours at The Directorate of the Urban Environment, Dudley MBC, 3 St James’s Road, Dudley, West Midlands DY1 1HZ, and The Council House, Mary Stevens Park, Stourbridge, West Midlands DY8 2AA, and all main Dudley Libraries. Copies can also be viewed on Dudley Council’s website on www.dudley.gov.uk/planning. The plan came into operation on 17 October 2005. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 28 October 2005, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
