A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of receiving an account of the conduct of the winding-up, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and for the Liquidator to draw the balance of funds held in hand for remuneration for time properly given to matters arising in the liquidation by the Liquidator and his staff. The Meeting will be held at 6 Ridge House, Ridgehouse Drive, Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 5TL, on 22 November 2005 at 10.30 am. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than close of business on 21 November 2005 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
