NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SCHEDULE 10

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency, Southern Region, by Hampshire Heritage Developments Ltd, for a consent to discharge up to 4.3 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent into the Bourne Rivulet at National Grid Ref SU 42944 48759, from land at Chapmansford Farm, Hurstbourne Priors, Whitchurch. Any person wishing to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Management Test Team Leader, Environment Agency, Colvedene Court, Wessex Way, Colden Common, near Winchester, Hampshire SO21 1WP, not later than 2 December 2005, quoting Ref G/00658. Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties unless specifically requested otherwise. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Environment Agency at the address above between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
