STAR STREET

1. Notice is hereby given that Westminster City Council propose to make the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effects of the Orders in Star Street would be to: convert the existing 2 hour Pay and Display parking outside Nos 13 to 17 to residents’ parking; convert the existing 2 hour Pay and Display parking outside Nos 6 a to 10 to residents’ parking (between Nos 9 and 10) and “Blue Badge” disabled parking (between Nos 6 a and 8); convert the existing residents’ parking outside Nos 1 and 2 to 2 hour Pay and Display parking; convert the existing 2 hour Pay and Display parking outside Nos 93 to 99 to residents’ parking, and add additional residents’ parking between Nos 92 and 93; convert the existing residents’ parking outside Nos 106 to 108 to 2 hour Pay and Display parking. 3. The proposed Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at WestOne, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Council’s agents, WestOne, telephone No (020) 7798 1983. 5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, WestOne, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, quoting Ref 10562001/5312/ID/5053/PBEJ, by 4 November 2005.
