THE HILLINGDON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO 154) ORDER 2005

BRICKWALL LANE SOUTH DRIVE, RUISLIP, BELMONT ROAD, YORK ROAD, IVYBRIDGE CLOSE, UXBRIDGE CHURCH ROAD, HAYES, QUEENS WALK, VICTORIA ROAD, RUISLIP

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 30 September 2005, it made this Order which will impose: (a) waiting and loading restrictions on the lengths of roads as set out in Schedule 1 to this notice; and (b) waiting restrictions on the lengths of roads as set out in Schedule 2 to this notice. A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 7 October 2005 can be seen at Hayes, Ruislip Libraries and at Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, during normal office hours, for 6 weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Order should be made within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made. P Bach, Director of Environment and Consumer Protection Schedule 1 Waiting and Loading Prohibited At Any Time Brickwall Lane, the north, north-east side, between a point in line with the common boundary of Nos 3 Brickwall Lane and No 1 South Drive, and a point in line with the common boundary of Nos 5 and 7 Brickwall Lane. South Drive, both sides, between the north-western kerbline of Brickwall Lane and a point opposite a point in line with the common boundary of Nos 4 and 6 South Drive. Schedule 2 Waiting Prohibited At Any Time Belmont Road, the south-east side, between a point opposite a point in line with the north-eastern kerbline of Redford Way and a point in line with the south-western kerbline of York Road. Ivybridge Close, Uxbridge: (a) the north side, between the western kerbline of Kingston Lane and a point in line with the western extremity of Ivybridge Close; (b) the south side, between the western kerbline of Kingston Lane and a point in line with the eastern kerbline of the western north to south arm of Ivybridge Close; (c) the eastern north to south arm, the east side: (i) between the southern kerbline of the east to west arm of Ivybridge Close and a point in line with the common boundary of Nos 4 and 5 Ivybridge Close; and (ii) the west side, between the southern kerbline of the east to west arm of Ivybridge Close and a point 1 metre south-west of a point in line with the north-western flank wall of No 13 Ivybridge Close; (d) the northern south to north-east arm, between the northern kerbline of the east to south arm of Ivybridge Close and a point 1 metre of the common boundary of Nos 29 and 30 Ivybridge Close; (e) the western north to south arm: (i) the east side, between the southern kerbline of the east to south arm of Ivybridge Close and a point in line with the southern extremity of the western north to south arm; and (ii) the west side, including the western kerbline of the western extremity of the east to west arm of Ivybridge Close, between the southern kerbline of east to west arm of Ivybridge Close and a point in line northern kerbline of the parking area adjacent to No 27 Ivybridge Close. Queens Walk, both sides, from the north-western kerbline of Victoria Road, Ruislip, to a point 3 metres north-west of the south-eastern flank wall of Nos 4 to 6 Queens Walk. Waiting Prohibited Between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm, Monday to Saturday Church Road, Hayes, the east side, between the southern kerbline of Holmbury Gardens and its junction with Botwell Lane and Central Avenue. Waiting Prohibited Between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday Brearley Close, Uxbridge, all sides, from a point 10 metres south of the southern kerbline of Gatting Way, southwards to a point in line with southern extremity including the turning heads. Waiting Prohibited Between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm, Wednesdays and Fridays Church Road, Hayes, both sides, between the southern kerblines of Freemans Lane and St Marys Road and a point in line with the northern kerblines of Compton Road and the north-eastern arm of Townfield Road. 5 October 2005.
