(“The Company”) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that Jeremy Willmont and David Rolph, of Moore Stephens, 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2DH were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above Company on 26 September 2005. Notice is further given pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator intends to make a first and final distribution to Creditors. Creditors are required to send their names and addresses and any particulars of their claims to the Liquidator on or before 31 October 2005, the last date for proving. Thereafter, the distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person whose debt has not been proved by that date. It should be noted that all of the Directors of the Company have made a statutory declaration that they have made a full inquiry into the affairs of the Company and that they are of the opinion that the Company will be able to pay its debts in full within a period of 12 months from the date of liquidation.
