NEW ROADS AND STREET WORKS ACT 1991, SECTION 58, NOTIFICATION OF SUBSTANTIAL STREET WORKS

Three months’ advance notice is hereby given that Hammersmith & Fulham Council intends to carry out the following substantial works:

Shepherds Bush Road, outside the library footway and the carriageway, installation of new pedestrian crossing 2 January 2006 to 31 March 2006
New Kings Road, junction of Fulham High Street footway and carriageway, junction improvements 2 January 2006 to 31 March 2006
Shepherds Bush Green, the north side from the east end to the west end of the green footway, new cycle track 2 January 2006 to 31 March 2006
Hammersmith Road, junction of Butterwick footway and carriageway, realignment of the pedestrian island 2 January 2006 to 31 March 2006
Hammersmith Road, from the Borough boundary to the junction of North End Road footway and carriageway, carriageway widening 2 January 2006 to 31 March 2006

North End Road, from Bramber Road to Lanfrey Place footway, repaving 2 January 2006 to 12 March 2006
Corner of Hammersmith Road footway and Butterwick Road footway and carriageway, widen carriageway 3 January 2005 to 30 June 2006
Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it, no street works may be executed at the above locations for a period of 12 months from completion of the described works without the consent of Hammersmith and Fulham Council, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
