Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Piper Thompson, Mulberry House, 53 Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DJ, on Tuesday 8 November 2005, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf for which a form of proxy is available.
