THE HARINGEY (CYCLE TRACKS) (NO 2) TRAFFIC ORDER 2005

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey, hereinafter called the Council, on 29 September 2005, made the above-mentioned Order under section 3 of the Cycle Tracks Act 1984 and the Cycle Tracks Regulations 1984. 2. The effect of the Order is to designate the length of footpaths specified in the Schedule to this notice as shared use cycle tracks and footpaths, which the public shall have a right of way on pedal cycles (other than pedal cycles which are motor vehicles) and on foot. 3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 30 September 2005 Council’s statement of reason for making the Order and plans showing the locations and effect of the Order may be inspected during a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, during normal office working hours at Traffic and Road Safety Group, River Park House, 1st Floor (South), 225 High Road, Wood Green, London N22 8HQ. 4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that and of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the making of the Order, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
