THE KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2005

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on 29 September 2005, made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. 2. The general effect of the Orders will be to consolidate: (a) the Kensington and Chelsea (Parking Places) (Low Tariff) (Pay and Display) Order 1999 and all the subsequent Orders that have amended that Order; and (b) the Kensington and Chelsea (Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Special Parking Area) Order 1999 and all the subsequent Orders that have amended that Order. 3. Copies of the Orders, which will come in to operation on 10 October 2005, and of all other relevant documents can be inspected, during normal office hours, on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date the Order was made at The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX. 4. Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
