Notice is given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final General Meeting of Members and the Final Meeting of Creditors of the above Company will be held at Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG14 1HH, on Thursday 27 October 2005, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG14 1HH, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the Meeting.
