A Meeting of Members and a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s account of the winding-up of the Company, showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and for obtaining his release as Liquidator. The Meetings will be held at Charnwood House, Gregory Boulevard, Nottingham NG7 6NX, on 1 November 2005, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively.
