Notice of Intended Dividends

THE SMART CLEANING VOUCHER COMPANY LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Act Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends paying a First Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 14 October 2005, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned Mark Levy of Berley, 76 New Cavendish Street, London W1G 9TB, the Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First Dividend or any other Dividend declared before his debt is proved.
