WATER RESOURCES ACT 1991: SCHEDULE 10 (AS AMENDED BY THE ENVIRONMENT ACT 1995)

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Dwr Cymru for consent to discharge screened storm sewage only during extreme rainfall to the Barry Dock No 1, at National Grid Ref ST 11586 67541, from Holton Road CSO, Barry. This new CSO replaces 10 existing CSOs as part of the Barry sewage improvement scheme.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Environment Agency, External Relations Team, Rivers House, St Mellons Business Park, St Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0EY, not later than 28 October 2005, quoting Ref SE/CUST/MS/AN0392601.

A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the above address.
