Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The general effect of the Orders would be to provide disabled parking bays for vehicles displaying a valid disabled Blue Badge at the following locations: 30 Frith Court, Abercorn Road, London NW7; 7 Brent View Road, London NW9; 25 Brownlow Road, London N3; 30 Bellevue Road, London N11; 41 Brunswick Avenue, London N11; 10 Bohun Grove, East Barnet; 2 Clifton Road, London N3; 31 Churchfield Avenue, London N12; 16 Calvert Road, Barnet; 82 Daneland, East Barnet; 59 Egerton Gardens, London NW4; 11 Goldsmith Avenue, London NW9; 37 Hadley Highstone, High Barnet; 292 Oakleigh Road North, London N20; 94 Temple Fortune Lane, London NW11; 19 Oakleigh Road North, London N20. The bays at 7 Brent View Road, London NW9, 25 Brownlow Road, London N3, 31 Churchfield Avenue, London N12 and 59 Egerton Gardens, London NW4 would be provided by converting existing residents’ parking spaces, with the bay located at 19 Oakleigh Road North, London N20 being sited on existing single yellow line. The proposed parking bays would operate at all times, with the exception of the bay located at 19 Oakleigh Road North, London N20 which would have a maximum stay of 2 hours, with no return allowed within 1 hour. It is also proposed to remove the following redundant disabled parking bays, and where noted convert to residents’ parking spaces: 35 Beachcroft Avenue, London NW11 (convert to resident bay); 19 Blessbury Road, Edgware; 56 Erskine Hill, London NW11; 31 Golders Gardens, London NW11 ( convert to resident bay); 18 Holly Park Road, London N11; 48 Hillfield Avenue, London NW9; 5 Hoop Lane, London NW11 (convert to single yellow line); 25 Lyndale Avenue, London NW2 (convert to resident bay); 13 Lambert Road, London N12 (convert to resident bay); 3 Northfield Road, Barnet; 8 Oakleigh Gardens, London N20; 14 Princes Avenue, London N3 (convert to resident bay); Prince of Wales Close, London NW4; 72 Puller Road, Barnet; 34 Trinity Road, London N2; 146 Willifield Way, London NW11; 150 Willifield Way, London NW11; 165 West Heath Road, London NW11 (convert to resident bay). A copy of the proposed Orders, a plan of the relevant locations and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at the Parking Design Team, Building 4, North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South, London N11 1NP; and the Information Centre, The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a written statement explaining their objection to the Parking Design Team, Building 4, North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South, London N11 1NP within 21 days of the date of this notice.
