Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Bishop Fleming, 1 Barnfield Crescent, Exeter, Devon EX1 1QY, on Monday 10 October 2005, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purposes of receiving a report and account by the Joint Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, and to receive any explanation regarding the conduct of the liquidation. The following Resolutions will be put to the Meeting, that the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account to 7 September 2005, and final report be approved, and that the Liquidator be released from office. A Dividend will not be paid to the Creditors as there were insufficient funds to meet the claims of any class of Creditor and the costs and expenses of the liquidation. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
