Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BBK Partnership, 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 5TZ, on Friday 14 October 2005, at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
